| Certification Bodies (CBs) | | | The Department of CB is headed by a Director having a deputy Director to undertake the following activities | - Accreditation of Certification Bodies in accordance with ISO/IEC 17021.
- Launching of accreditation programs for other certification bodies like product & personnel in accordance with ISO Guide 65 & ISO/IEC 17024 etc.
- Matters pertaining to PAC and IAF.
